Answers to your frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about AIR Physician Academy programs, licensing, and what life in telemedicine actually looks like.
The Programs
AIR Elite includes two live one-hour sessions per week for six months, and we recommend allocating one additional hour for course content review and administrative tasks — about three hours per week total. Sessions are recorded, though we strongly encourage attending live to get the most out of the coaching and community. Many participants also begin taking on telemedicine contracts during the program, which adds hours.
Telemedicine Accelerator is fully self-paced with 12 months of access. You decide how much time to invest each week.
For AIR Elite, start by attending a free information session — it's the best way to get your questions answered and decide if the program is right for you. If you've already attended and are ready to enroll, reach out to our Sales Specialist, Danielle Basinski, at air-sales@allinremote.com.
Telemedicine Accelerator becomes available during fall 2026. Join our email list to be notified once it’s available!
Support & Community
Both AIR Elite and the Telemedicine Accelerator course connect you with an active online physician community — a space for ongoing conversation, questions, and shared tips. Elite participants also have an elevated level of support, including access to twice monthly small-group advisory sessions with a seasoned telemedicine physician advisor. And unlike most professional programs, the AIR community doesn't end at graduation. AIR Elite members can join AIR Circle, our annual membership program. See the next FAQ for more information.
Licensing
Income & Contracts
Telemedicine is built for scale and efficiency, so the economics work differently than traditional clinical practice; comparing hourly rates directly isn't an apples-to-apples comparison. Results vary based on how long you've been practicing and how you've structured your work, but the data from our graduates is compelling. Among 52 fully-licensed AIR Elite graduates surveyed in 2026: 81% earn more than before AIR Elite, including 33% who more than doubled their income. Fifteen percent are matching their prior income. 54% earn $500K or more annually, and 23% earn $800K or more. Most recouped their full program investment within 12 months; 37% did so within six months.
Join an information session to hear more about how telemedicine income works and what a realistic ramp-up timeline looks like for physicians in your specialty.
