Suneer and Takashi didn't set out to build a training company. They set out to build better careers for themselves. Once they did, they couldn't stop sharing what they'd learned.
Both board-certified emergency medicine physicians, they each made the leap into telemedicine in search of more flexibility and autonomy . . . and found fulfilling clinical work, diversified income, leadership opportunities, and the freedom to practice on their own terms. They also found that most physicians wanted the same thing but had no roadmap to get there. That insight became AIR Physician Academy. Today, Suneer and Takashi lead every AIR Elite cohort personally, alongside the physician advisors and guest experts they've brought into the program. They're not teaching from the sidelines. They're active telemedicine practitioners who bring what's working right now into every session.
