By registering for any AIR Physician Academy program, participants agree to the terms outlined below.

Tuition

Tuition for the 6-month AIR Elite program is $40,000. 

Payment Schedule

To secure your spot in an upcoming AIR Elite cohort, the first installment of $13,333.33 must be paid upfront. Two additional payments of $13,333.33 will be charged the following two months thereafter. For example:
    • If payment #1 is made August 15th, payment #2 of $13,333.33 will be charged September 15th, and payment #3 of  $13,333.33 will be charged October 15th.  

What Tuition Covers

Program tuition covers a rich array of content and support designed to help you transition to a successful telemedicine career: weekly one-hour trainings for six months, guest speaker workshops, small-group sessions, dedicated coaching, career counseling, business set up support, and access to our physician community on Slack plus access to an end-of-cohort retreat. The retreat features educational guest speakers, networking, team-building activities, and additional activities designed to celebrate and enhance your program experience. Hotel and travel expenses to retreats are not included in program tuition. 

Tuition Does Not Include 

Program tuition does not cover the cost to obtain licenses through our licensing partner in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., and it does not cover hotel and travel to retreats. Estimated licensing fees through our licensing partner are $50,000 - $60,000. We highly recommend budgeting for this optional service as it greatly accelerates the licensing process and your path to earning more income. 

Payment Options
Participants may choose from the following payment options: Pay by Credit Card or ACH

  1. Credit Card (+3.4% processing fee)
    • Credit card payments incur a 3.4% processing fee amounting to approximately $453.33 per $13,333.33 installation payment. 
  2. ACH (no additional fee)  

Payment Deadline
The program balance must be paid in full by the 3rd installation payment. Overdue payments may put you at risk for deactivation of your AIR Physician Academy membership. 

Refund Policy

AIR Physician Academy does not issue program refunds. If a participant decides not to proceed with the program, or is experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to air-sales@allinremote.com to connect with our sales team.

General Payment Policies

  1. Payment Methods
    • Accepted payment methods include credit card and ACH transfer.
    • Credit card payments will include a 3.4% transaction fee.
  2. Failure to Pay
    • Failure to complete payments by the specified deadlines will result in the loss of access to the program and associated benefits including but not limited to: access to our live weekly sessions, coaching, group office hours, Slack community, program resources page, and the opportunity to attend AIR retreats. 
  3. Refunds and Cancellations
    • AIR Physician Academy does not issue program refunds. If a participant decides not to proceed with the program, or is experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to air-sales@allinremote.com to connect with our sales team.
